Single Engine and Multi Engine

The SEMET simulator can be configured to three aircraft types; Single Engine, Single Engine Complex and Multi Engine. We use high class models to run the aircraft data throughout our simulation which makes handling feel like the real thing.

Supported by FAA approved primary flight controls and 180° visuals, the immersion and sensation of flight in this simulator will make even the most seasoned pilot feel like they’re flying.

Visual Flying

Our simulator was designed to be as immersive as possible for those wanting to practice their VFR flying skills. With our 180° wrap visuals and high quality scenery, you can practice everything from steep turns and stalls to identifying airspace boundaries and carrying out VFR Navs.

Instrument Flying

Equipped with Garmin G5s, GTN650 and GTN750 avionics, the sim benefits from RNAV capability with an up-to-date international database. We can walk you through the fantastic arrangement of information at your fingertips with this modern technology.

The simple things are all here too! Track NDBs, fly holds and approaches and practice running through different technical faults to improve your failure management skills.

Scenario Based Exercises

Working with industry experts, SEMET Aviation has brought Scenario Based Exercises (SBE) to General Aviation. Attributes such as situational awareness, technical knowledge and workload management can be hugely improved by time in the simulator.

The goals of an SBT session or course is to further improve the safety culture of the GA community. By sharing experiences with one another, we can develop our skills and create more confident and safer pilots.
